APPLICATION

In order to prepare your application, you should read the FAQ page on the Reid Trust website carefully. Please note that this form requires you to submit a budget as well as a 500-word personal statement. You must supply an exact word count at the end of your statement. 

If you wish to submit official medical documentation to support your case, this should be sent as an email attachment to: thereidtrustgrants@gmail.com

All such documentation must be signed and dated and the email should state your name clearly. This documentation must reach us by the deadline of 26 May 2023.  

All applications, accompanying references, and any other additional information must arrive by this deadline. A missing element will disqualify your entire application. 

Advice for inputting data - For the longer text fields we recommend that you type the information first as a separate text file (as a Word document, a note, or an email, etc) and then 'copy & paste' it into the corresponding box, which will expand to include your text.
